Ever had one of these weeks?

Yo,

What's the first thing you do in the morning when you wake up?

If you're anything like me it's...

... Snooze the alarm
... Quickly check for Stripe notifications

The number of (or lack of) Stripe notifications dictate my morning mood.

Which probably isn't healthy, but...

Anyway, it's an issue I think a lot of us have.

Refreshing the tab/app like the internet might suddenly change its mind about the number of sales you've made.

And then you get to your desk and open your emails only to see a client who says they “need to pause for a bit”...

... or you receive a refund request for a product...

... and your stomach just tightens.

Not because you loved the client or dislike the admin of refunds.
But because you know you’ve got no one lined up behind them.

One cancellation shouldn’t feel like someone kicked a leg off your table... but when you don’t have steady buyer flow, that’s exactly what it is.

You try to play it cool.

You tell yourself “it’s fine, another one will come through”.

But the truth is, you’re banking an entire month on one or two big decisions from people who are outside your control.

So every proposal suddenly matters too much.
Every sales call feels heavier than it should.
Every ad feels like it HAS to work.

And if someone ghosts you?

Your whole week goes sideways.

It’s exhausting living off a couple of “maybes”.

Not because the work is hard.

But because the uncertainty chews at you.

You end up walking around with this quiet pressure in the background all day...

“If this one doesn’t land… then what?”

And you already know the answer:
Back to zero.
Back to hoping.
Back to refreshing Stripe like it owes you money.

If any of that feels a little too familiar, it’s not because you’re bad at what you do.

It’s because you don’t have the one thing that makes all of this disappear...

... Volume.

A decent volume of leads and high-intent customers coming into your business and actually spending money with you.

When you rely on luck - like so many people do - this volume is almost impossible to achieve with anything close to predictablity.

But with the right system, you can achieve 1, 2, even 10+ buyers every single day.

Which means you have 1, 2, or 10+ serious opportunities and high-intent leads to follow up with.

What I tend to see is a 5-10% conversion rate from low ticket to high ticket offers.

So, if you can manage just 1 sale of a low ticket product every single day, you get...

  • 30 customers at the end of the month
  • 1-3 clients every month

Even if those 30 customers are at. break even, you get at least 1 person paying you 100% profit in the month.

And with a prov en system, you can then scale tings up.

Tomorrow, I’ll show you the shift that fixes this and takes the weight off your chest enabling scale for your biz.

Yo, Years back, my laptop screen suddenly stopped working. The machine itself worked fine, but the screen just gave up one day. Not an issue as I'm a double-screen kinda guy. I just dropped down to one screen for a few days. Anyway, fortunately for me, I'd just had a big invoice paid. So I trotted off to the Apple store to buy a replacement. And for the next three weeks, I lived in this weird state of fear. I'd just dropped thousands on a new laptop… at a time when my revenue was super lumpy....

Let’s not dress this up. If your revenue didn’t grow this year, it wasn’t... ... the algorithm... your niche... buyer psychology magically shifting overnight.... “summer slowdown” or “Q4 fatigue”. It was your model. The game changed, and most people didn’t. Case in point for this. I know a guy whose entire business is webinars. He sells them, teaches them, built his whole identity on them. This year? His numbers tanked and he intrduced a new "$47 webinar" to validate serious buyers. I know...
