Sometimes, you just need it done

A little while back, my downspout from our roof terrace was blocked.

I'd look out of the window and see the hoppers filling with water, which then spilled all over the side of the house.

Obviously, not ideal, but I could easily fix this myself... or at least I thought it was.

I grabbed a drain snake and got to work after an hour or so of rattling that snake around, I patted myself on the back for a job well done.

Yet when the next rain came, it overflowed again. Turns out there were more blockages my snake couldn't reach.

So, I hit up YT and looked for some guidance on what I could try without buying new tools.

I tried something, patted myself on the back, and waited for the next rain only to find it was still blocked.

This went on for a couple of weeks before I decided to bite the bullet and future-proof it for the wet and windy UK winter.

We paid a guy who came out with a ladder, spent 1 hour deconstructing the downspout, then putting a new one up.

Problem solved in about 2 hours total. And fixed in a way this won't be a problem for years to come.

Now, if you'll excuse the crappy LinkedIn segue into a "BiZnEsS MeSSaGe", this is the same issue I see holding a lot of people back with their businesses.

They're stuck trying to do everything themselves cause, I dunno, maybe they think it's easier.

But all is does is delay the outcome.

Sometimes, the most efficient method is to simply bring in the expert and have them do the thing for you.

It's not a big deal when it's a bit of an overflow from your guttering, but it can be crazy costly when it's your business's revenue engine.

Anyway, it's had me thinking.

Right now, we have people in GM+ who get access to courses, tools, templates, and basic support to grow their biz.

We also have people in Growth Models Mastermind who can ping me anytime for personalised 1:1 feedback on their growth system.

What I don't have right now is a DFY system where I'll come in and build an entire ACCER Model for your business.

The kind of thing where you spend an hour or two telling me about your business, and within 30 days get a fully built model that will bring in buyers on autopilot and sell them your HTO without you having to worry.

So, I'm launching exactly that.

I decided to launch it yesterday and was going to open up 4 or 5 initial spots.

One is already gone to one of the people I was asking for their opinion on it.

If you'd be interested in taking up one of the other 3 spots, hit reply and let me know.

I'll shoot over the application and we can go from there.

Speak soon,

This is it. Final email. Final reminder.Final chance. If you want the BFCM deal, the one where I build your funnel plan for you, this is the last window. After tonight, it’s gone and... ... the blueprint goes back up to full price... GM+ doubles in price... the bonuses disappear as offers But, if you do join by midnight tonight, here's what you get for only $47 Your first month of GM+ at 50% off - $99 / month A custom-built funnel plan (traffic, offers, pricing, upsells — the full model) -...

Let’s not dress this up. If your revenue didn’t grow this year, it wasn’t... ... the algorithm... your niche... buyer psychology magically shifting overnight.... “summer slowdown” or “Q4 fatigue”. It was your model. The game changed, and most people didn’t. Case in point for this. I know a guy whose entire business is webinars. He sells them, teaches them, built his whole identity on them. This year? His numbers tanked and he intrduced a new "$47 webinar" to validate serious buyers. I know...

So I just did a breakdown analysis for the GM+ crowd (you can join us with a special BFCM deal here). It was a funnel teardown of a chap running LinkedIn ads, and to be blunt... the approach is awful. This guy has made pretty much all of the mistakes you can make... Ads that generate curiosity but zero serious intent No clarity on what he’s actually selling An application that doesn’t explain the next steps Running the whole thing at “50 percent off”, which only attracts bargain hunters He’s...
