I’m reworking a bunch of offers and ideas at the minute. And I’d love some feedback on what you’d find most valuable and useful.

First though, I’m gonna explain the reasoning behind this little shift - I broke this down in detail in GM+ recently, but want to expand on it a little here.

So I’m looking to create 12 offers so I can easily promote one per month to the email list. An easy cycle where, every month, we can offer something that helps people grow their biz.

Also, these will double up as 12 front end offers I can run ads to.

In essence, 12 entry points to the Growth Models ecosystem.

It’s getting harder and harder to scale single product/funnel systems and so I want to secure myself against that by launching more offers.

All of the offers are tied to the wider ACCER Model in some way, so there’s natural progression to the paid back end communities and coaching.

And with 12 offers, I can bring in people who need help at different stages etc.

Now, whatever it is you sell, we’re all essentially in the business of problem solving.

People have a problem, we offer a solution to that with a cost attached.

And as I mentioned in an email earlier this week, we’re hitting a oint where people want those solutions, and the outcomes from them, faster than ever.

So, with these newer offers, I’m looking at how I can also add in some form of AI creation for them to speed the user’s time to value.

(my recent AI experiment failed, so maybe it’s a case of just Custom GPTs until I figure that out).

So, onto the offers. I would love any and all feedback you have on these, or ideas on what you think would work better if there’s nothing in hwre you like or you feel is wrong.

Proven offer on the below means I’ve sold enough of them to prove that this should work.

12 Front-End ACCER Related Offers (ACCER-Aligned)

Each offer solves a specific, first-order growth constraint that fits within the ACCER model. The goal is to provide fast, visible results that build belief in the full system (GM+ / GMM). Delivery for each is a hybrid of course + templates + AI Agent, ensuring speed, ease, and automation.


1. $1 Product Challenge (Repositioned to speak to bigger brands) - PROVEN OFFER

Promise: Build a self-funding front end that makes ads pay for themselves.
Problem It Solves: Relying on organic traffic or broke lead gen and the inconsistencies that come with this.
Delivery: Course, templates + AI Funnel mapper.


2. Profit System Book - PROVEN OFFER

Promise: Learn the ACCER model and how to scale simply.
Problem It Solves: Overwhelm, no structure, no clear path to scale.
Delivery: Book + Companion Summary Agent + Workshop video.


3. Silent Seller Launch Sequence - PROVEN OFFER

Promise: 10-email system that sells to your warm audience.
Problem It Solves: Have a list but can’t monetise it.
Delivery: Templates + Email Builder Agent.


4. New leads to High-Ticket Buyers in ~30 days

Promise: Turn low-ticket buyers into high-ticket clients using ascension logic.
Problem It Solves: People get leads, but can’t get the right people on calls or into their high ticket programs.
Delivery: Mini-course + Template + Planning agent mapper


5. High-Value Offers (needs rebuild)

Promise: How to identify and create product offers your ideal customers cannot say no to. Works for both the back end and front end.
Problem It Solves: Not knowing what to sell, or spending months building something no one buys.
Delivery: Course + Worksheet + Agent.


6. Meta Living Ads Course - PROVEN OFFER

Promise: Licing course on Meta ads that’s updated when the game changes.
Problem It Solves: Fear of paid ads or lack of profitability, not knowing how to run Meta Ads.
Delivery: Course + Ad Template Generator.

N.B - Would also like to do one for Google,but haven’t got a good system there yet.


7. Custom GPT builder course (PROVEN OFFER)

Promise: How to take your existing templates and systems. and build them into Custom GPTs that save time or create more value for your customers.
Problem It Solves: Lack of time, not being able to sell to people’s modern “I need it now” mindset.
Delivery: Course + Templates (maybe custom GPT if I can figure this out)


8. Email engagement engine

Promise: Keep buyers active between launches with simple daily content systems. A simple system that helps you know what to write and when to get more sales from your owned audience.
Problem It Solves: Dead audience, no engagement.
Delivery: Calendar Templates + AI Content Mapper.


9. Profit Multiplier Map

Promise: Add simple bump/upsell logic to every sale for higher AOV.
Problem It Solves: Not enough profit per customer.
Delivery: Template Pack + Calculator Agent.


10. Ascension Ads Blueprint (maybe an omnipresent ad campaign?)

Promise: Use retargeting ads to push warm buyers up the funnel.
Problem It Solves: Cold ads convert, but backend is dead.
Delivery: Course, Swipe File + AI Ad Sequencer.


So that’s what I have. We’re not yet at the full 12.

I’d like to figure out what to add for the refer stage, but I’ve always had issues templatising that as it depends on your industry, approach, etc.

Could be something like how to create testimonials that sell.
