Fastest way to grow your email list

Published 14 days ago • 1 min read

What's the fastest way to grow your email list?

I've seen growth with everything from creating content to doing partnerships with people.

But let's face it.

These are not the fastest way to grow.

Content takes a while to spin up and to get good results.

Partnerships are hit or miss.

The best way to grow your list consistently?

Buy subscribers.

Simple as that.

Here's the thing.

Buying leads is a big risk. Especially if you're working on a tight budget.

A lot of people use ads to drive traffic to a freebie lead magnet. This builds a list of "takers" who never buy. You're paying to attract people who give a negative ROI.

How can you get around that?

Create a simple, low-cost front-end offer to sort the serious from the casual leads and use ads to drive traffic to it.

You end up with something like the below which is from my own $1 Product Challenge ads.

Not a huge number of leads, but all of these people have put their money where their mouth is.

The average order value of these leads is $49.

Which means even on the campaign that has a higher cost per result, I'm making a few bucks in profit.

Here's the basics of doing this.

  1. Create a simple offer that has a value of around $100-$200.
  2. Offer it at a discount and give it away for a few bucks
  3. Use the upsell systems outlined in the $1 Product Challenge to increase AoV
  4. Run ads, improve them to get the CPA down to where you pay less to acquire than they pay for access to the materials

Sounds good, but where's the "real" money made?

On the back end.

when you have a list of "buyers" who are serious about what you offer, getting interest int he higher ticket stuff is a breeze.

You just need this kinda stuff on the front end first to enable scale.

If you want help setting this up yourself, here's 2 optiuons for you.

  1. Joint the $1 Product Challenge (great for people who are just starting out)
  2. Apply to work with me directly where we'll work through this for your business as a team (great for those who have some success and wanna scale it)

If you've been thinking of setting up an "easy" revenue stream, read this. I just got back from a wedding. In the hotel, I was wasting time going through some YouTube shorts that focus on side hustles. More than a few were focusing on easy-to-set-up revenue streams, like print-on-demand (PoD). First up, all of the influencers used the same PoD software, so it's an obvious influencer marketing play rather than people sharing how they use it. Second, it's hard to make good money off PoD,...
