MoS Qs

A few people have replied with similar questions for the Monthly Offer System, so I wanted to answer them properly in one place.

Rather than selling harder, it’s probably more useful to just clear things up.

Will this work if my list is small?

Yes. And in many cases, it works better.

This system isn’t about volume.

It’s about activating buyers.

A smaller list with multiple relevant offers usually outperforms a bigger list being pushed the same thing over and over.

You don’t need tens of thousands of subscribers.

You need the right entry points.

Can I use ads with this?

Yup. In fact, we've seen that the businesses running ads to multiple low ticket products also tend to do better,

Mainly because they're also serving more cohorts of their wider audience so they again have more entry points.

Once an offer is validated, running traffic to it is a great way to get better leads coming into the business as well.

And then the multiple offers allow you to easily increase their LTV.

Win-win.

What if I already have offers?

That’s fine, you’re not starting from scratch.

Most people already have:

  • A high-ticket offer
  • Bits of IP
  • Frameworks
  • Trainings
  • Or past content

The system helps you organise and position what you already have into clear activation offers, instead of guessing what to promote next.

This is about structure, not reinvention.

What if I don’t want to run low-ticket forever?

You won’t.

Low-ticket isn’t the end goal.

It’s the filter.

It exists to...

  • Create buyers
  • Build trust early
  • And make high-ticket sales easier

The entire point is to support your main offer, not replace it.

How do I know this actually works?

I’ve used this exact approach across multiple client businesses in different niches.

And it’s the same underlying structure used by much bigger companies.

Agora.
DigitalMarketer.
Product brands.
Subscription businesses.

Different markets.

Different price points.

Same buyer-first model.

This isn’t a theory, it’s an accessible version of how serious businesses sell consistently.

What’s actually included?

Inside the Monthly Offer System, you get:

  • The framework for identifying 12 activation offers
  • The monthly planning system
  • The 2-week promotion structure
  • Templates to build low-ticket offers quickly
  • And guidance on how to move buyers toward your main offer

Everything is designed to remove decision-making, not add to it.

Is this only for info products?

No.

It works for...

  • Services
  • Coaching
  • Agencies
  • Memberships
  • Productised offers
  • Pysiocal products

Anywhere trust and timing matter, this model applies.

How much is it?

The Monthly Offer System is $47 for lifetime access.

No subscription.

No renewal.

Will there be upsells?

Yes.

If you want more help, done-for-you assets, or deeper support later on, those options will exist

But nothing is required to make the system work.

You can say no to everything and still get full value from what’s included.

If any of those questions were the thing giving you pause, hopefully this clears it up.

The Monthly Offer System is still available if you want to install this properly rather than piecing it together yourself.

Tomorrow I’ll send a final reminder before this closes.

Yo! Quick one today. Curious about the one thing you’re stuck on right now when it comes to growth? Not tactics like running an ad, but the actual problem that’s slowing things down. I’m doing a bit of free thinking this week and replying personally. If you’re clear, just reply and tell me... ... what you’re trying to scale... what’s not working... what you’ve already tried... what you want to achieve No pitch on the back end of this. This just helps me see patterns and build the right stuff....

Yo, Quick heads up before I wrap up this instance of HVO. High Value Offers closes tonight. And I want to be clear about what this decision actually is. This isn’t about buying a course. It’s about whether you keep guessing. Because if nothing changes, here’s what probably happens... ... You come up with another idea.... You talk yourself into it.... You spend weeks building.... You launch. And then you’re right back where you are now, trying to work out why it didn’t land. Not because you’re...

Yo, One thing I haven’t really said yet is this. High Value Offers isn’t something you use once and hope you picked the right idea. It’s more like a way of looking at your business that keeps paying you back. Most people assume this kind of system is only useful when you’re starting from scratch. Like, “I don’t know what to sell, so this helps me find an idea.” And yeah, it does that. If you’re staring at a blank page wondering what to build next, this gives you a way to find ideas that...
