The difference maker in 2025?

Was chatting to a friend the other day who was complaining that sales are down.

And not by a small amount either.

This is a fella who specialises in high-ticket stuff. I don't think he sells anything for less than $2k.

And he echoed what a tonne of other entrepreneurs I've spoken to have said.

It's getting harder and harder right now to sell.

Buyer resistance is up.
Costs to acquire customers are up.
Willingness to take a chance on something is down.

The result is a lot of folk seeing their profit margins evaporate.

However, there are a few little rays of light out there and I know a few people who are killing it still.

Here's what it comes down to.

Look, people are still buying and will continue to buy.

But, they're unlikely to...

  1. Spend as much
  2. Spend as quickly
  3. Be satisfied so easily

The guys who I know are killing it are kinda going against a lot of the common advice.

They're doing a few things to help them weather this low buyer period.

First, they're focusing on building multiple low-ticket offers and the same kinda upsell system I teach in the $1 Product Challenge.

What this does is allow them to bring in more customers at scale without losing money (buyers buy again - so get the buyers in).

Second, they're building more mid-ticket items.

Instead of going straight in with a $2k+ offer, they're launching cheaper items like workshops or solutions for anything between $97 and $297.

These two together are enabling biz owners to...

  • Attract more customers at break-even
  • Increase revenue and LTV by selling lower "risk" items

Obviously, selling a $300 mid-ticket item is not as good as a $2k offer, but it's better than nothing.

But success right now is not just about pricing.

It's also about speed to result and perceived workload.

If you take a look at a lot of the low ticket offers out there they've repositioned themselves from...

... Information-based offers like courses...

...to...

... solution-based offers like copy and paste solutions.

Courses and stuff still work, but the time to result offers seem to be doing better.

Here's what I mean...

Rather than "I will teach you how to write an email", people are seeing better results selling "send this email to your list to make a sale".

There's pros and cons to this, but it's what seems to be working right now, so get on it.

I'm running some tests myself around this and testing a repositioning of GM+ to be AI first.

Still with the community and human-led strategic assistance.

But with Custom AI agents to help people spin up and implement ideas faster than before.

I'm working on a new offer that is going to give you everything you need to turn your processes into a Custom GPT you can use to move at the speed of sound, or sell access to so your customers can.

Should have a V1 of it up and running tomorrow.

Slower sales need faster tests.

If you want to find what works faster, and deliver results to your buyers instantly, Custom GPTs might just be the shortcut.

No fluff. Just output.
Speed. And answers.

Speak soon!

Yo! Just a heads up — this is your last chance (for now) to grab the $1 Product Rapid Action Kit on its own. After today, it’s going back to being a bump offer inside the $1 Product Challenge. Will I bring it back out as a standalone again? Maybe. But I dunno when. If you’ve been sitting on a $1 product idea, or want a faster way to build, write, and launch your funnel… this is the kit I used to do all of that... in one day. You’ll get: 4 custom GPTs for research, offer stacks, VSLs, and...

Right now, the game is changing. Thanks to tighter economies and noisier markets, selling high-ticket offers is getting harder. People still buy — but not as fast, not as easily, and not without trust. That’s why more marketers are turning to low-ticket funnels. Because when done right, they let you: Attract serious buyers Generate revenue up front Liquidate your marketing costs Build trust before the big ask that makes the real moolah And instead of paying for leads, you get paid to find...

Yo! Most people think the hardest part of launching a low-ticket offer is figuring out what to sell. It’s not. It’s the friction. That invisible drag that slows you down the second you sit down to build. For me, it used to look like this: Writing a solid sales page? That was two or three days — minimum — just to write, edit, and finally get it into my page builder. Emails?Mapping the sequence, drafting, editing, scheduling... That would take another few days on top. And VSLs?Easily the most...
