You've got 1 month...

I'm cooking something up and I've got a question.

Imagine you've got 1 month.

4 weeks. 30 days. 730 hours.

In that time, you set yourself a goal to do something that will have a positive impact on your business.

It could be anything from...

  • Crafting a new offer
  • Building a new funnel
  • Creating an ad campaign
  • Booking in 20 sales calls
  • Increasing the LTV of your existing customers
  • Writing a book to use to bring in more customers

It might seem like a tall order, right?

However, you've got a secret weapon.

You're not doing it alone. you're part of a group of people all working on the same thing, a group all sharing what works and what doesn't.

You've also got access to experts on the topic, battle-tested templates and systems, and a support network to help keep you accountable and inspired.

If this was possible, I want to know what topic or focus you would want this to have?

If you were to imagine it starting in November, what would you want to achieve during November to help improve your business?

Hit reply and let me know.

And if you want to know why, here's what I'm cooking up.

When I first created the GM+ Membership there was part of me that wanted to run a monthly group experiment.

I churn out marketing experiments at light speed and, generally, get a positive return from them.

The idea was for me to do this with the group and help everyone set up new assets, funnels, offers etc.

I never really added the idea in the community, but I think it could be fun.

In the last week, I've created an eBook as part of a new funnel and, today, I've built a new quiz funnel to test.

But it's kinda hard doing it all on your lonesome, so I'm wondering whether I should start building these things into monthly challenges so we can all grow together.

But, I want to know what would add the most value to you and your business. So, if you could take 20 seconds to hit reply and let me know, I'd appreciate it, and might even get it going for November (perhaps a Black Friday Promo for your business?).

Speak soon,

How many people on your email list do you think are actually ready to buy high-ticket right now? ... Not “interested.”... Not “watching.... Not “saving it for later.” I mean genuinely ready. Like, they've got a credit card in their hand just looking for somewhere to spend their cash? The real number is small. Usually around 1–3%. And yet, for years, we were all taught to build our businesses as if all our effort should go to hgh ticket alone. ... Run ads.... Post content.... Do outreach.......

All week I've been chatting about how low ticket is the best thing for... Identifying buyers with low-risk entry points Getting people to engage so you can build trust A great way to create more cashflow and revenue for your biz And that you need a proper product stack to hit both the various cohorts and budget levels within your audience. When you get this right, you have something that will allow you to run ads to multiple products that self-liquidate growing your audience, impact, and...

Building on from yesterday's email I'm gonna break down the multi-entry point approach with low ticket. This is a method to get more of your audience out there towards your high-ticket offers. Again, once you read this, you'll start noticing how this is the playbook for all the big names out there across multiple niches and business models. Understanding your audience We'll kick off with the foundation of this. You audience. Within your market, there are tiers. Think of them like concentric...
