120 content pieces per week.

On Sunday night I asked Claude to go through five of my old videos in Descript, find the bits that could stand on their own as shorts, and run them through my new editing system.

Then I went off and did other stuff for a couple of hours.

When I came back, the shorts were sat there waiting for me. Captions, titles, zooms, graphics, colour graded, audio levelled.

All done without me putting in any extra time or money.

I just looked at them, approved, and told Claude to schedule them.

Not bad hey.

Now, some of those recordings were years old. They’d been sitting in a folder because editing them was a job I never got round to (cause I hate editing video).

Editing was always the bit that stopped me.

I’m not good at it, I hate doing it, and good editors cost a fortune.

Now I record, cut the obvious mistakes, and the AI does the rest.

Which means I can pump them numbers.

I'm now up to turning a couple of long form pieces into around 120 social posts per week.

More stuff going out, looking better than when I do it myself, without adding editing time to my week.

On Monday’s GM+ call I walked through the whole set-up. The tools (Claude plus a few free ones), how I built it in about a week, what it costs to run, and what I still don’t hand over to AI.

The replay’s up in the community now, and it’s there for good.

If you’ve got video sitting in a folder that never got edited, this is how you get it out.
