Last week I noticed engagement on VP's socials was low.

The system was publishing our "deal reels" every day like clockwork, but we were barely getting any reach on 'em.

And look, I get it. "Save money on these books" is BoFu stuff, only good for people actively looking for deals.

High intent, low reach.

The problem is, social accounts need reach. If your posts don't do well early doors, you're Donald Ducked.

I needed to add something that would help the account reach more people, get the brand recognised, and show the algos that I should be in people's feeds.

So, I sat down to build a new system. Make a note of this stuff. This is the exact kind of approach you'd need to take were you to build a similar AI based system.

Day 1 was simple research and analysis.

I looked through competitor accounts for posts that consistently went viral, and started looking at the patterns.

Within a few hours, I had 7 archetypes that often went viral across different accounts of all sizes. Hopefully, they'll also go viral for me!

Day 2 was turning those archetypes into locked templates and wiring the system.

A little back and forth for improvements, and the AI had produced 70 posts which means I have daily, viral-potential content for the next 10 weeks that's automatically customised for the platform then published to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Bluesky, Threads, YouTube, and Pinterest.

In total, that's 490 posts.

The good thing is, now that the system is wired, the next batch should take me no more than an hour or two to build.

The system creates the new posts, I approve, deny, or request improvements, and then it sends them to the platforms.

2 days of building bought 10 weeks of output.
