Yesterday I told you about the sly folk who've kept running ads to the same offer for 8-9 months while everyone else packs up shop. Today, I wanna dig into the process. Essentially, what they're selling is a complete done-for-you job. The kind of stuff that was the bread and butter of consultants and smaller agencies for years. In marketing terms, that could be...
These were all jobs that would normally cost at least $1,500 and take a few weeks of back-and-forth to get it right. Now, these guys are offering the same output - the asset they create - but they're turning it around in 24 hours. And charging $97. There's no way these are not AI-created or delivered. No human does that work overnight at that price and stays in business (I can'teven imagine it's a case of outsourcing it to a lower-cost location). You've probably seen a few of these in your own feed. The "done in 24 hours" offers seem to be taking off a little. And the market seems to be supporting it. People don't really want to know HOW something is done anymore. They just want it done. No more course teaching you the method, just a quick "tap here and you'll have it tomorrow". The process itself is stupidly simple. Two steps. Step one is the marketing you already know. Run the ads, get the opt-in, sell a compelling, insanely cheap offer. The same playbooks that have worked for years. Step two is the twist I mentioned yesterday. The creation and delivery is completely automated (or at least I guess it is cause I can't see any other way of this working). Take a sales page as an example. From a process standpoint, there's really not much to it... ... Understand the client Then you connect those things into one narrative and pour it into a tried-and-tested sales page template/format. Honestly, the best sales pages I wrote in the past were not really written. I just put the right argument - which I got from researching the market - into the right spot on the page. You assemble that asset, just simple connections and formatting. The very best copywriters will layer something on top of that no AI can touch yet. But at $97, the bar is "better than what the buyer would get prompting ChatGPT themselves". And a system built by someone who actually knows the craft is gonna leave the generic AI in their dust. Is the output a little more generic than the $1,500 version? Probably. The customer doesn't seem to care. They get the thing they want, in 24 hours, for less than 10% of the price. And in this economy, that wins. So that's the process... ... The same marketing you've been running When doing the research for this, I started wondering what I could build in this manner. Which of the old services, approaches, offers could I turn into an automated system that doesn't teach the person anything, but gives them the asset that enables the outcome they want. I've already drawn up a short list of 6 and planned the full funnels around them. I'm working on building the first one, which is based on one thing that brought me over 6-figures in consulting revenue. I'll show you that one as soon as it's ready. Pete "behind the curtain" Boyle |
