An update on my content syndication machine

I've been away in Florence for a few days, but we're back at it now.

One of the things that was pretty cool while in Florence was watching my new AI Content Syndication Agent do it's thing.

The system is a couple of skills that work togeter to take one pieceof content and turn it into 40+ content pieces of different formats.

We start with a YouTube video as it's the best method for building trust and capturing true tone of voice. The system then rips the transcript from that and...

• Chops out high engagement shorts
• Creates several written social posts
• Creates Carousels
• Creates image posts

All in, it's 40+ posts so I can post to various social channels 1+ times per day.

The coolest bit here though is that it costs me like $1 to create the images. And that's only cause I looped in Nano Banana.

Anyway, after the posts are created, I flung up a simple Make integration and it auto schedules everything to the various social platforms.

I just run up the agent for this and say "hey, here's a YT video to syndicate" and it handles it all.

Bit the real question is, how's it actually working?

Well, I've been quiet on my social for a while, but thanks to this system, I'm seeing growth across all of them.

Not bad for all of a 30-second time investment.

I'm not only saying this to brag a little.

What I want to show you is how AI is gonna completely change the way we work.

I've been looking at this and I could build AI Agents for my entire process.

• Diagnostic agents to help me find what needs fixing
• Fulfilment agents to create assets for clients
• Organisation agents to schedule posts etc

I can have those running and, as a single service provider, provide the same level of service as a 10 person agency.

I don't think we'll get to a point without the human anytime soon.

But AI really is at the point where it's starting to deliver on many of the promises.

And it throws up an interesting question for me.

Do I keep building these tools and let the people within GM+ get access to them as part of their membership?

Do I keep them for myself and use them as my secret sauce to get clients better results?

I'd love your take on this.

Both on how AI is changing things, and also on whether or not you'd like access to the systems like the Content Syndication system.
