Aye up, Sauron

Most folk are running their front ends like they’re Sauron.

One offer to rule them all.
One offer to find them…
One offer to bring them all…
And in your back-end sell them.

Don’t work like that no more.

Here’s how it breaks down. Let’s imagine you’ve got your primary, back-end offer of $5,000.

And you’re doing the whole “I have one front-end offer” thing.

And the goal is to get this offer to a million.

That’s a lot of pressure on that one model to perform. And if there’s any issues with…

  • The ads driving traffic
  • The offer conversion
  • The ascension sequence

… you’re Donald Ducked.

Now imagine you’ve got 5 different front ends that are all promoting the same $5000 offer on the back end.

To hit that 1 million goal, you’d need each to only hit $200k.

And what will usually happen is you’ll have 20% that underperform, 60% that do around what you hope, and 20% that overperform.

That could then be…

  • Front end 1 - $120k
  • Front end 2 - $190k
  • Front end 3 - $230k
  • Front end 4 - $200k
  • Front end 5 - $500k

For a grand total of $1.24M.

You’ve basically increased your chances of success by increasing the number of swings you can have.

It’s how companies like AGora, Clickfunnels, and others scale.

The numbers work because the volume’s diversified.

It’s not about squeezing one funnel dry.

It’s about creating enough entry points that something pops - and then pouring fuel on it.

Most coaches and consultants are stuck trying to write their magnum opus.

They’d be better off publishing 3 or 4 solid B-sides and watching which one hits repeat.

In GM+, that’s exactly what we’re doing.
Multiple fast-launch LTOs.
Minimal time to ship.
Maximum upside when one catches fire.

If you want in before we kick off the next one - reply and I’ll send the details.

Most people put their lack of growth down to one thing... a lack of time. Butt most of the time, that's BS. It's not time they lack, but leverage. If you’re spending all day making content, answering the same questions, or chasing leads… And you’re not creating assets that free you from that… You’re just keeping yourself stuck. Here’s the thing... You don’t need to build something new from scratch. You already have the raw materials... your frameworks, your scripts, your plans, your answers....

Most people overcomplicate it. They think building a Custom GPT means messing around with APIs, coding, or some mad tech stack. But in reality? There are only three things you need to create a GPT that prints cash and saves you hours and can even be sold to bring in buyers. Those are.. A template or asset you already use (e.g. an ad, script, plan, framework) A process for how you normally use it A ChatGPT Plus account ($20/month) That’s it. If you’ve already got those first two (and most...

Most people don’t need another template. They need a shortcut. Not another PDF with 12 steps they won’t follow. A tool that does the job for them. That’s what AI agents are. They’re not content. They’re interactive assets. They replace the downloads, checklists, and PDFs that used to sit at the front of your funnel... and they actually get used. Here’s what I mean: → Instead of a “Perfect Cold Email Template”... …create an AI agent that asks 5 questions and writes the email for them (I've...
