Become a support act

Yo!

Ever been to a concert?

I saw this crazy take online the other day about paying out to see a band.

The poster said they hate support acts.

Their argument was that they’ve paid to see the main band and don’t care about the support acts.

They were, rightly, flamed in the comments for this BS take.

You see, concerts aren’t just where the main musicians earn their money.

They’re also the path for newer bands to amass a following and a vital part of the wider music ecosystem.

It’s a simple system. And fi you know how it works, you can build this into your business to grow your own audience.

Here’s what I mean.

I accompanied my wife to a performance of one of her favourite bands recently.

She’d never heard of one of the support acts, but by the time their set had finished, she was following them on Spotify and streaming them the very next morning.

A single piece of exposure to a relevant audience helped this band get at least one (and likely hundreds or thousands) of new listeners and customers.

All without playing the exhausting social media game.

You can do the same thing to grow your audience with your business. People have been doing it for years through things like…

  • Joint venture partnerships
  • Guest blogging
  • Sponsorships

These are all a direct route to your ideal customers you can use to grow your audience without posting seventy-billion times per day.

You just need to know who to be the supporting act for, and how to lock it in.

This is one of the many ways you can grow a better audience without using social media.

Thursday the 25th, Adriana Tica is gonna run us through a couple more simple methods you can use to grow your audience without social.

So, if you want to add qualified buyers to your list in 2024, but you’re not sure on the best ways to be a “supporting act” right now, tune in on Thursday 25th.

Yo! Quick one today. Curious about the one thing you’re stuck on right now when it comes to growth? Not tactics like running an ad, but the actual problem that’s slowing things down. I’m doing a bit of free thinking this week and replying personally. If you’re clear, just reply and tell me... ... what you’re trying to scale... what’s not working... what you’ve already tried... what you want to achieve No pitch on the back end of this. This just helps me see patterns and build the right stuff....

Yo, Quick heads up before I wrap up this instance of HVO. High Value Offers closes tonight. And I want to be clear about what this decision actually is. This isn’t about buying a course. It’s about whether you keep guessing. Because if nothing changes, here’s what probably happens... ... You come up with another idea.... You talk yourself into it.... You spend weeks building.... You launch. And then you’re right back where you are now, trying to work out why it didn’t land. Not because you’re...

Yo, One thing I haven’t really said yet is this. High Value Offers isn’t something you use once and hope you picked the right idea. It’s more like a way of looking at your business that keeps paying you back. Most people assume this kind of system is only useful when you’re starting from scratch. Like, “I don’t know what to sell, so this helps me find an idea.” And yeah, it does that. If you’re staring at a blank page wondering what to build next, this gives you a way to find ideas that...
