Fed up of "lovely" agency reports

I’ve worked with hundreds of brands at this point, and weirdly, being stuck never looks like you’re not trying.

Most of the brands I help have…

… A full calendar of calls (usually with the wrong prospects so sales don’t follow)
… Ads running 24/7 (without them getting anything close to break even ROAS)
… Content going out daily (but it gets zero views, like,s shares or anything else)

Most of the brands I work with that are stuck are busy as hell.

But, the one thing that matters most (revenue) is the one thing not moving.

That's the cruel bit about a business with no strategy underneath it.

You can pour a sixty-hour week into it and have next to nothing to show, cause none of the work connects to any of the other work.

I always think of it like a hamster wheel. You’re running, but getting nowhere.

And most brands are so focused on the wheel in front of them, they can’t see how to step off it and actually get to where they need to be.

The most frustrating bit is that most brands have everything they need to start actually moving forward. They’re just so far into the day-to-day they can’t see the forest for the trees.

All it usually takes is for someone to come in and point out what the best way to repurpose the assets you already have is.

Take this as an example.

A little while back I was approached by a coaching business who was getting great lead flow through ads, but couldn’t get them to buy.

The acquisition funnel was simple.

Ads to a free ebook.

This was the strategy an expensive ads agency recommended. And every month, they’d send the coach a lovely little report saying things like…

… CPC and CPA are down
… CTR is up
… We generated XX leads for you this last month

A perfect little report that basically justified the spend to this agency.

Problem was, after those ads these leads would be hit with a promotion to buy something. And 80% of those leads would immediately unsubscribe.

Every penny put into those ads was lost because none of these people bought anything.

Looking at it, I realised that everything that was needed to succeed was there in the business, but the coach had been led down the garden path by this agency and was so far into the free lead magnet idea they couldn’t see the way out.

All we did was take that free book, put a bit of a shine on it by updating the design, adding some bonuses, and then running it as a $7 offer with bumps and upsells.

Within a month, we were running ads profitably.

That little $7 offer and the upsells meant that the ad spend was recouped within a couple of days.

But the best bit is, the people this was now attracting were way more serious. They all wanted to buy extra things like more training and 1:1 sessions.

We built a simple strategy that fed the right offers to these people after the initial purchase.

And within another 2 months, the coach hit their first $1000 / day.

We didn’t really create anything new for this.

We simply polished existing assets and strung them together ito a proper growth model. One where each stage feeds into the next for a coherent customer journey.

When the system was working, we simply increased the ad spend and watched the revenue grow with it.

If you think there’s extra revenue and profit hiding in your business, but you’re too close to it to see how it could be strung together, the Growth Roadmap is for you.

I’ll map out exactly what I would do were I growing your business, with detailed steps on how to implement it in the fastest possible time.
