Forests and trees

You ever get that feeling you're missing something obvious in your biz?

That there's a simple fix, tweak, or change that can turn an average approach into something pretty damn awesome?

Happens to us all.

Here's the thing.

When I started the GM+ Community I was toying with the idea of making it an "expert-led" community.

Putting myself at the top and positioning the whole thing around "join this and I'll fix your business".

But I always wanted more of a collaborative area and community there.

Not just because there are gonna be some things I can't help with, but also because I need help as well.

I don't care who you are, sometimes you're so deep in doing the thing you can't see the forest for the trees.

And sometimes, all it takes is for someone else to say "have you tried this" to unlock that next level of growth.

Case in point.

I just sat and watched a ~12-minute critique a GM+ Member did of a sales page I've put together.

I'd been so busy trying to "tweak" the page I missed a couple of really obvious and simple fixes that should help get better results.

But, thanks to this ~12-minute video I've got a couple of things I can quickly address and test to see what works.

This is what the community should be.

A place where anyone can come in and get feedback from people with skin in the game to help them improve their assets and systems.

So, if you're ever feeling like there's an obvious fix you can't see cause you're too far into the weeds, try asking someone you know for their take.

Or, join GM+ and join in the feedback sessions to quickly improve your biz.

Check out GM+ now

Right, I'm off to record a video with some feedback for someone else in the community now.

I was chatting with a client the other day about tweaking their front-end offers. They know I’ve been running a lot of AI-based front-end tests, so they asked what’s working and what’s not so we could improve their system. (If you want similar help, hit reply, I’m taking on a few people at the minute.) Here’s what I told him… Yes, AI-based offers sell. If the positioning is right, they sell very well. But if you set them up wrong, you leave a tonne of money on the table. Let me show you. I...

Yo! I've been working on a new low ticket offer myself, and I want to explain the core concept and approach here. Mainly cause this is what you nee dto be doing to get more people into your high ticket stuff. Short version is most high ticket stuff is failing today because they're too big aof a leap for cold traffic who doesn't trust you yet. ... the offer is good... you can deliver the result... and it's affordable ... but people just don't trust you enough to take the risk. And it's because...

Yo! Just stumbled on something that reaffirms the switch I'm making (and advising people to do) towards low ticket offers. Also, if you're looking for help with your growth, hit reply and le tme know as I'm taking on a few more people. There's a chap I bought a course form a couple of years ago. Big name in the content marketing space, someone you'll likely know the name of. Back then, I paid $2k for this course (no regrets, it was good). Today I got an email from him with his Black Friday...
