Happy New Year

First off, Happy New Year!

I love New Year.

Fresh starts, setting big plans, all of that (if you want help planning your 2025, make sure you join GM+ before the price increases in a few days).

My wife and I also love going out NYE cause there's no expectations beyond having a good time.

Full disclosure, I'm writing this email in advance as I'm definitely not trying to do some work on New Year's Day.

Last year we booked some spots at the Natural History Museum in London and rang in the new year under the big whale skeleton.

It was pretty cool as we could go around thew museum with only a fraction of the usual footfall.

I love doing this kind of stuff and will always prioritise spending money on experiences over things.

Which is something I'm building into my plan for 2025. I'm gonna be sharing more about my plans and also the planning sheet along with accountability in GM+ (?you can join here to get your 2025 on track).

Here's a few pics for you if you're interested in what partying in a museum looks like.

Anyway, hope you had a good New Year and you're getting ready for 2025.

If you want the support and help from others growing their businesses this year, check out GM+.

Spoiler alert: This email is all about a better way to build trust and front-load your funnel with the right audience for better ads. My good mate Adriana has a cool, free Audience Accelerator guide to help you build a better audience. You can grab it by clicking below. Strategic AF by Adriana Tica Tired of marketing advice that’s either obvious or outright shady? Strategic AF flips the script. It's the only newsletter that treats solopreneurs, founders, and marketers like grown-ups, not...

Yo! If you saw yesterday’s email, you’ll know I’m doubling down on growing my YouTube. One big reason? Video content is stupid versatile. FB ads and Insta posts are cool, but they usually die on the platform they’re made for. YouTube? That’s different. A couple weeks ago, I built a system using some custom AI agents. Now, in 60-90 minutes a week, I can: Plan a YouTube video Script it Record it Edit it Optimise it for YT reach Chop it into 7–10 shorts Turn it into 7–10 long-form text posts...

For the better part of last year I dove into my own FB ad campaigns. Why? Cause I kept seeing people in groups, communities, and within my network who were posting how well the platform was working for them. So, jumped in with both feet and - got pretty damn good. I had an unfair advantage as I'd run them for clients in the past. However, over the last few months I've been toying with the idea of leaving FB behind and taking my ad spend somewhere new. It might seem odd. Especially as... My ad...
