I feel like I'm constantly harping on about the 3 rules of revenue growth.

But, with good reason.

If you wanna grow revenue, these are the only 3 things you should be focusing on.

  1. Attract more customers
  2. Increase transaction value
  3. Increase number of repeat purchases

Do that, and that revenue number you keep looking at will go up.

Of course, it's not as simple as knowing this is what it takes.

There's systems, processes, approaches, hacks, and all that jazz you've gotta focus on.

And this is where people fall down.

They overcomplicate it, build it up to be something it's not, and eventually force themself into a self-inflicted fear-based paralysis.
