Wanna know what the biggest sign of a lack of strategy is?
It’s indecision.
If you lack any kind of strategy, everything can feel like it's the right move.
You end up getting caught with the whole analysis paralysis thing where...
... More ads could help.
... More content could help.
... A new offer could help.
... A new channel could help.
So nothing gets ruled out.
Everything gets added to a "to-do" list and everyone starts feeling overwhelmed, not really knowing where to start.
That’s when everything falls apart.
Often, a great strategy is not just about outlining what you should do.
It's kinda more about knowing what it is you shouldn't be doing.
It helps keep everyone focused and moving towards the same goal.
When strategy is right...
... Saying no gets easier.
... Decisions get faster.
... Teams stop chasing shiny ideas.
... Effort starts to stack instead of scatter.
You stop debating tactics, wieghing up whether or not they could be beneficial, and start filtering them.
You have a wider lens through which to look at actions and ask "will this contribute to the goal?"
And when that answer is no, you simply move on.
That’s what most businesses are missing.
It;s not the ability to take action, but a decision filter that ensures the action you do take is the right one.
Ironically, the most profitable move is often the one you don’t make.
Or the time you don't waste.
So if reading this you’re thinking...
“Yeah, we’ve actually got this nailed, and we don't need any help. ”
Great.
The smartest thing you can do is ignore this email and say no to replying to me.
But if that isn’t true, and things still feel slower than they should, reply with a bit of context on your business.
If I can help, you create the right kind of strategy to grow your biz through 2026, I'll reply and we'll organise a time to talk it through on a free consult.
