Month 1: Deep diagnostic + strategy + we start building.

Months 2-3: Full implementation across your growth channels.

After that: You own everything. Stay on monthly or take the keys and drive.

$5K for month 1. $3K/mo for months 2-3.

I'm not going to pretend this is for everyone. If your business is still figuring out offers and where your audience is, the GM+ community is a better fit. If you've got a proven offer and approach, but growth has stalled or feels unpredictable, this is what I built it for.
