Speeeeeeeed to outcome

I'll be honest and say 99% of the applications of AI out there are little more than flashy demo reels which offer no real value.

Yeah, it's fun to create an image of your dog dancing in a top hat, but it's not exactly useful.

I've been working out how to make AI more useful for what we all do.

And I've based what I've been doing all on one core psychological driver that's stronger today than it ever has been.

People's impatience and need for immediate results.

We are, as people, impatient. We want what we want, and we want it now.

But it's been kicked into hyperdrive the last 10 years.

Companies have realised they can make more money simply by giving you the faster outcome.

Take weight loss as an industry.

It used to be...

Learn how to lose weight through diet and exercise

This feels like a lot of work as I have to...

  • Learn something
  • Buy healthy food
  • Cook healthy meals
  • Exercise daily

Then we removed many of those steps. Brands like Weight Watchers and later Noom came along to remove the burden.

It then became...

We'll show you what to cook and eat to lose weight

This feels easier.

There's no learning needed, and there's a focus on no exercise.

Just follow my simple recipe.

But there's still a lot fo work in cooking those healthy meals.

So, we made it even easier.

Brands like Gousto (UK only I think) came along and they basically said...

We'll send you healthy meal kits you basically have to just warm up.

No shopping, prepping, cutting etc.

Just throw the packet in a pan and you get a healthy meal.

And now, we've hit the pinnacle of speed with Mounjaro, Ozempic etc.

Just take this injection once per [however long you have to take these things] and you'll lose weight.

No thought needed.
No action needed.

Just a simple do this to get that.

It;s the way every industry is moving.

The faster and easier you can make the outcome, the easier it is to sell.

A month or two back, I ran an experiment with the $1 Product Challenge.

I had 2 campaigns running.

  1. The course where I taught you how to do the thing
  2. An AI that just gave you the mapped-out funnel as an end result

The AI sold at like 5X the rate of the course.

Because it was faster and easier than having to do the work yourself.

For a while, I've been selling Custom GPTs that you have to use on OpenAIs site for this.

And it's OK, but it robs you of the chance to brand the output and ensure the design is something that adds to the info.

So I'v ebeen testing simple tools and builds that will allow meo to create the same out put, but in a highly branded way and that has that professional veneer.

I've just got the initial version to output it's first successful test run.

You basically answer a handful of questions and the AI creates a ~40 page Growth Strategy plan for your business based on my ACCER Model and trainings.

The best bit is I've designed the whole thing myself, including custom CTAs etc.

And it only costs me about $0.06 to use AI to generate the report.

I really feel like this is gonna be the future for smart business owners.

Take the systems, templates, and frameworks you ahve and turn them into these AI Assistants.

Don't hand someone a framework that's 20% of the way there and is simply just guardrails.

With this, you can have them spend 1% of the time to get themselves 80% of the way to the goal.

I'm gonna run a few more tests to iron out the kinks in this new report, before I launch it as a paid offer.

And once I have it nailed down, I'm taking all of my systems and building them into these to help my customers faster.

If you want to be considered for a testing place of the new tool, hit reply and let me know.

Those who have already let me know are top of the list.
