Stop pushing dead offers

Ever been on social and seen a post from that competitor who, if we’re being completely honest, ain’t all that?

Their service isn’t better than yours.
They don’t have the proof you’ve got.
They’ve not delivered the results you have.
They’re just... not as good.

But…

They’re earning 10X what you are?

Frustrating as F ain’t it.

I’ve lost count of the number of people I’ve worked with who, when asked what success would look like to them, they simply throw out the name of a competitor.

“[Insert Name] is doing what we do… but with way more clients.”

Usually followed by something like:

“And I’ve got no idea why. We’re better than them.”

But here’s the thing…

When you dig underneath it all, there’s almost always one reason why they’re ahead.

It’s not because their product is better.
It’s not because they’re smarter or more qualified.
It’s because they found the angle that sticks.

They tested more.
They launched more.
They went through more “meh” ideas to find the one the market actually wanted.

Most people never do that.

They build one front-end offer and get weirdly emotionally attached to it.

When it dfoesn’t work, they don’t think of testing something new, they think they just need to tweak the headline or button colour or some other BS.

They run these little tests and expect, in return, to get HUGE results.

Which never works. And so they stay stuck.

While someone else with half the talent makes twice the money, with a fraction of the effort.

All because they found the right message and put it in front of the right people at the right time.

The good news is that the world shifts. And what was working yesterday might not work tomorrow.

So you’ve always got a new chance and opportunity to come in with something that pulls those customers/clients away from the competition.

You just need to be willing to kill your darlings and focus not on what you want to work, but what will actually work.

There’s one offer out there right now that’s absolutely killing it.

I’ve spoken to several people who have spun up these offers and are collecting money faster than they could ever want to spend it.

I’ll be following up with some more on this shortly, so keep an eye out.

But the focus for August in GM+ is to build a full funnel with one of these offers and get you more clients for your main offer.

If you’re interested in learning more, hit reply and let me know.

I’ll send some more stuff tomorrow about how we’re doing it.

But if this hit a nerve?

Good. Means you’re ready to fix it.

Most people put their lack of growth down to one thing... a lack of time. Butt most of the time, that's BS. It's not time they lack, but leverage. If you’re spending all day making content, answering the same questions, or chasing leads… And you’re not creating assets that free you from that… You’re just keeping yourself stuck. Here’s the thing... You don’t need to build something new from scratch. You already have the raw materials... your frameworks, your scripts, your plans, your answers....

Most people overcomplicate it. They think building a Custom GPT means messing around with APIs, coding, or some mad tech stack. But in reality? There are only three things you need to create a GPT that prints cash and saves you hours and can even be sold to bring in buyers. Those are.. A template or asset you already use (e.g. an ad, script, plan, framework) A process for how you normally use it A ChatGPT Plus account ($20/month) That’s it. If you’ve already got those first two (and most...

Most people don’t need another template. They need a shortcut. Not another PDF with 12 steps they won’t follow. A tool that does the job for them. That’s what AI agents are. They’re not content. They’re interactive assets. They replace the downloads, checklists, and PDFs that used to sit at the front of your funnel... and they actually get used. Here’s what I mean: → Instead of a “Perfect Cold Email Template”... …create an AI agent that asks 5 questions and writes the email for them (I've...
