The most common advice...

Yo, I just pulled the numbers from the new growth diagnostic. 45 business owners have taken it so far. When I looked at which of the five stages of ACCER was losing the most revenue, 28 of them came out the same. Attract. Not enough of the right people seeing them in the first place. Makes sense, right? I mean, most brands I've worked with over the years are most concerned with getting more visibility, traffic leads etc. It's why "you need more traffic" is the first thing every expert tells you (it's a bit of a cop out, but it usually works to improve things). But the interesting thing here is not that 28 of the 45 could strengthen their reach. When I dug a little deeper, I noticed that very few are gonna fix it in the sae way. Looking through it, we've got brands who are gonna fix their Atrract stage in completely different ways. ... Some I've advised to run more ads to get in front of their ideal customers The recommendation comes partly down to the audience and where they're spending time. But also, it comes down to the person running the business. A great talker who forces themselves behind a laptop writing dull as dishwater Linekdin posts all day is gonna hate every minute of it, and still not get the reach they need. So when a marketing consultant out there tells you you need better reach, it;s only half the battle. And when they immediately sell you the one thing they're good at, you know it's a case of "to a hammer, every problem looks like a nail". You have to know the stage where you're losing customers, and the right tactic for you to implement to fix it. That's what the Growth Profile tells you. Which of the five stages is costing you the most customers, which of the eight growth profiles you are, and the fixes that are gonna get you unstuck the fastest. It's $17, takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and you can see everything that's in it here. https://growthmodels.co/growth-profile/ Tomorrow, the stage that came second for 25 of those 45, and why it matters more than it looks.
