Where the leaks actually are

Here's the 60-second version of the model I've used to generate millions online.

Every business that sells anything runs on the same five stages. Most people will focus on the one they enjoy/are good at, usually ignoring the stage where the real problem is.

The five stages are...

... ATTRACT. Are enough new people finding your business each week, or is it the same faces going round?
... CAPTURE. Of the people who do find you, how many could you actually contact again tomorrow?
... CONVERT. How many of those turn into paying customers, at a price that makes the maths work?
... ENGAGE. Do your customers come back and buy again, or do they vanish after the first order?
... REFER. Do your customers bring you the next customers, or does every sale start from scratch?

That's the ACCER model.

While most agencies, gurus, influencers, or whatever are telling you that one tactic at one stage will be the solution to all your growth woes, you know really that a cohesive strategy is what makes the money graph go up and to the right.

These five stages, when built into a coherent growth model with each stage feeding into the next, is what real growth is based on.

You've probably already got a feeling about which stage is weakest in your business, right?

Thing is, the stage you THINK it is often isn't the one the numbers point at. We polish the stages we enjoy and avoid the ones we don't.

Which is why the stages we don't enjoy are usually the ones bleeding money.

So the best thing for you to do right now is to understand your model and where it's leaking.

Open your growth report and check your lowest-scoring stage and what might fix it for some easy growth.

→ Open your growth report

The sooner you understand where you're leaking money and why, the faster you can improve things.
