Why I’m not sending a single pitch email today (yet)

I’m starting the outreach for a new business venture today.

Most people at this stage do the 'tactical' thing...

  • They buy a list
  • Hire a virtual assistant to spam LinkedIn asking for a call or promoting the offer
  • And hope for a 1% reply rate.

A huge waste of capital and time.

With the new venture, I've spent the last week building out the architecture behind the offer.

I’ve been mapping the 'Thread' that connects the first touchpoint to the final contract.

Most businesses, even those doing millions in revenue, don’t have a thread. And honestly, it gets worse as the business gets bigger IME.

These businesses have 'parts' that they try and cobble together. Paerts like...

  • An ad agency doing one thing
  • An email person doing another
  • And a sales team doing a third

It's why you always hear there's so much friction between marketing and sales.

Everyone is working towards their own goal and metrics, not caring about how what they do builds into the bigger picture.

And when there's no underlying customer journey. It’s just disconnected tactics.

Growth stalls in these cases cause you can't scale a mess.

I figured out years ago that a system - even of average parts - beats a collection of really good tactics that don't work together.

The ACCER model is my way of building the system.

It’s the same framework I’m using for the new business venture today to ensure every outreach 'ping' is part of a high-leverage system that builds into something larger.

If your business feels like a collection of tactics rather than a cohesive engine, you don't need 'more marketing.' You need a blueprint.

I’ve opened up a few spots for the ACCER Growth Strategy Blueprint.

It’s a 'Paid Diagnostic' where I look at your current architecture, identify the leaks, and give you the specific map to add 5-6 figures in monthly revenue.

No fluff. Just the strategy your team needs to actually move the needle.

If growth is feeling a little all over the place and you want a more streamlined system, check out the ACCER Growth Blueprint here.

Check it out now.

I’m curious... What AI are you actually using? Or are you just "collecting" subscriptions? We’ve been debating this in GM+ lately because, frankly, the shine has worn off OpenAI for me. To give you some context, I’ve been an OpenAI power user since the start. But the 5.2 release? It’s woeful. I spend more time arguing with the "Custom GPTs" than I do getting actual work done. I guess they told it to stop being so sycophantic, now it's like a petulant little kid who doesn't like when you tell...

Yo! Quick one today. Curious about the one thing you’re stuck on right now when it comes to growth? Not tactics like running an ad, but the actual problem that’s slowing things down. I’m doing a bit of free thinking this week and replying personally. If you’re clear, just reply and tell me... ... what you’re trying to scale... what’s not working... what you’ve already tried... what you want to achieve No pitch on the back end of this. This just helps me see patterns and build the right stuff....

Yo, Quick heads up before I wrap up this instance of HVO. High Value Offers closes tonight. And I want to be clear about what this decision actually is. This isn’t about buying a course. It’s about whether you keep guessing. Because if nothing changes, here’s what probably happens... ... You come up with another idea.... You talk yourself into it.... You spend weeks building.... You launch. And then you’re right back where you are now, trying to work out why it didn’t land. Not because you’re...
