I wanted to add a little detail about WHY this is important for your business.

Why this is necessary

AI’s changed the way we’re all working.

And it’ll continue to do so.

The thing is, most of the people I speak to are getting crappy results and no real progress with AI.

They’re using things like…

• Base level AI chats
• Custo GPTs
• “prompt libraries”

… none of which are gonna move the needle.

These things all had their time, but, really, we’re past that now. And they’re all inefficient when it comes to the way you should be working now.

And you know this.

We all know that - as annoying as the term is - agentic is the way to go.

But most people don’t have the right framework in place for good agentic flows.

I’ve been building agent systems for a while, and honestly, I think the framework behind how this works is more important than the actual agents themselves.

Without a framework, the agents have to fill in the gaps. They make assumptions and ask the same annoying questions every time.

And at the end of it, you still get the same hit and miss output.

But, if you spend the time to build a framework and the right directions, you get something consistent.

Because that framework will help you…

• Have overarching instructions so the AI knows WHERE to find the right assets and skills and WHEN to use them
• Give the AI a persistent context on your business so you don’t have to “re train” it everytime
• Reduce the overall token cost because it;s already pre-trained on you and your business

… essentially, as with most things, the structure is more important than the individual assets.

And that’s why i created the AI Foudnational Framework.

It’s the basic framework you need ot get good results with AI.
