You love to see it...

I was working on a new VSL yesterday and my phone notification popped.

It was a new comment in the GM+ Community with a little brag about some success.

Britt's running through the ACCER Model Builders program and is just starting to promote her new offers with the email templates included.

And, I log in to see the below from her...

That's a sale of the initial promo email in a multi-day sequence - so I can't wait to see how many sales she drives after the full sequence is done.

The emails within that sequence are pretty standard and can be easily amended to fit any offer and industry.

Here's an overview of what that entire sequence does so you can weave some of this magic into your email sequences.

  1. build email promo "stages", which sequentially address different questions, concerns, and friction points. This makes sure your entire list has their questions answered about the product.
  2. Sell in every email - but in a smart way. After all, more promos = more sales.
  3. Make the emails useful and entertaining, but also make sure that people know there is more which can be got within the promoted product.
  4. When writing, address WHY doing the thing is important without burdening the user with detailed HOW to do it (sounds odd, but this actually gets better results for everyone).
  5. Create for now, but keep an eye on turning successful sequences evergreen. Then you can use and reuse them time and time again in the future.

If you have an email list, build out a sequence using the above guidance and you're all but guaranteed to get better sales than you are right now.

And if you want some help on how to create these things, check out the upcoming workshop I'm doing on exactly how I build out these email sequences that convert.

You can learn more about it here.

Speak soon,

Pete

Dunno what's happened with my social feeds, but I'm seeing a tonne of copywriters making ma-husive claims recently. A few of my favourites from the last few days. My client spent 140k on ads and made over 1M back. I wrote all the ads. This sales page generated over 1M in sales in a year I wrote a story based email for my client and they closed 10k from it Do I believe them? Sure. But I don’t believe those results came just from the copy. Copywriters… exaggerating? Never. 😅 Anyway. Single...

"Just automate this and do it at scale mate. You’ll hit enough people, someone’s bound to bite." That was the actual advice I got from one of those broccoli-topped lads in a cold DM. Their entire pitch boiled down to: Write some BS message Blast it out to as many people as you can Hope one of them bites Cheers mate, but no thanks. This is exactly why cold outreach is sitting at a 2-5% reply rate. We’re all getting spammed by people who think more = better. It doesn’t. Not if the thing you’re...

I’ve spoken to a half-dozen people over the last month or two, all suffering from the same issue in their business. They’re getting engagement, whether that’s: Sales page views People reaching out for info Booked and attended sales calls …and yet sales are flat. There’s interest, but no payoff. In nearly every case, the offer was solid, the leads were aligned, and they had real results to back it up. So what’s the problem? Trust gaps. They were pushing high-ticket, high-threat offers before...
