2 days. 3 products. Whole front end funnel. Done.

I've never been good at turning off over the weekend.

The weekend just been was no different.

Over the 2 days I spent about 3-4 hours per day at my laptop.

Why?

I want to see if I can grow a new business in an industry where I have nothing - no connections, presence, or even experience.

So, over those 2 days I used the...

... templates
... systems
... AI agents

... I've created to get the ball rolling.

And in aound 8 hours of work, I created an entire front end funnel for a new niche.

We're talking:

... 3 separate digital products
... organised as a typical $1 product funnel (FE, bump, upsell)
... created with an AoV that should cover the CPA (so I can scale ads for this quick)

I spent this AM crafting the marketing materials for all of this (again, using the templates and custom AIs I have), and then linking everything together with new accounts.

Total cost if I didn't already have the services would have been about $40.

Anyway, i was talking to someone in GM+ about this yesterday and they highlighted something I'd completely missed.

He said "you know, a lot of people would probably get a lot of value from learning how you've done this. You should put a course or workshop together on it".

And I'm thinking he might be right.

So I'm curious, would you be interested in a short course or 1 hour workshop about the systems, processes, and approaches I've used to set this up?

Hit reply and let me know.

I'll update you throughout the week as the ads etc start running with results.

Talk soon,

Pete "faster than a speeding bullet" Boyle

One thing that’s worth clearing up. The idea of using multiple low-ticket offers to activate buyers isn’t new. And it’s not something I invented with the Monthly Offer System. It’s just how businesses that care about predictable revenue actually operate. If you look at the companies that sell a lot, consistently, you’ll see the same structure show up again and again. Years back I did a breakdown of a billion dollar newsletter brand, The Agora. They don’t have one offer. They don’t have one...

The reason most people struggle to sell consistently isn’t effort. It’s that everything depends on them. ... They have to decide what to sell.... Figure out when to sell it.... Work out how to promote it....Then do it all again next month. When you're doing that from step 0 every month, it's exhausting. I'm tired even thinking about it. This "I have to do it all myself from scratch" appraoch doesn;t scale. It also explains why sales fall apart the moment you get busy, distracted, or tired....

There’s a very specific stress that comes from not knowing what you’re going to sell next. You feel it when revenue dips and you think... “Shit… I don’t actually have anything lined up.” You feel it when you open your email tool and just stare at the screen. Not because you don’t want to sell, but because you don’t know what makes sense to sell right now. You feel it when you’ve already promoted your main offer, and all you can do is promote the exact same thing again. You know most people...
