Busy, but not productive

I love all those posts and explanations where people are like...

"To make $1M / year all you need to do is make $83,000 per month, which is $19,200 per week, or $2700 per day"

I mean, they're not wrong.

But basic math isn't what's holding most folks back.

And in fact, I find this often confuses most folk.

They get all sorts of mad ideas about how to hit that $2700 and something per day.

  • Launching new products
  • Jumping onto new channels
  • Setting up new ad campaigns

Here's the thing I've seen play out time and time again for more effective and profitable scale.

You need...

  • One ICP
  • One easy-to-maintain growth model
  • One core offer that provides great profit
  • One low-ticket offer system to attract high-intent buyers
  • One primary method of getting your offer in front of the right people

Power of one baby.

Keeping it pretty streamlined like this means the messaging and customer journey is WAY easier to manage and actually compounds over time instead of feeling disjointed.

When the above is outlined and working, the whole "do more" thing is way more focused and actual results in growth. Not just being busy with actions that don't build into the system.

Find what works, and double down.

It might seem too simple, but I've scaled these kind of offers up to $2.5 M / year.

Anyway, if you're unsure about how to do this in your business and you know that having a more streamlined approach would help (which let's face it, it always will), but you're not sure how to get going, read the below.

Read this to understand how to build this.

And if you've got any Qs, hit reply and let me know.

BUT... I often dissuade a lot of folk from doing this. Why? Cause for some people, it's not the right time. Look, an SLO or $1 product has one purpose. To get more people into your business at cost or minor profit. It's about VOLUME of buyer leads, not about profit. A lot of the time, SLOs operate...
