Facing burnout? This might be why.

Burnout doesn’t happen because you’re lazy.

It happens because you’re putting effort into the wrong things.

If you’re constantly "active" but still struggling to grow, it’s not because you aren’t working hard enough.

It’s because you’re doing the wrong thing. And usually, that’s chasing everyone... instead of a specific someone.

This is one of the most common mistakes I see with entrepreneurs I work with.

They think if they just "do more," they’ll eventually break through.

They’re running ads. Writing content. Posting daily. Reworking their offer.

But at the end of the week, they’re stuck thinking, “Why isn’t this working?”

But the reason is pretty simple.

They don’t know who it is they’re trying to help.

Sure, they might have an idea, but they haven’t actually nailed it down specifically.

If you’re constantly "working hard" but not seeing more clients, this is almost always the root cause.

The truth is, it’s not about how hard you work.

Hell, there are guys out there like JK Molina doing 6-figs in revenue per month with a 98% profit margin working 4 hours per day.

And at the same time, you’ve got people pulling 16-hour days to just about scrape by.

I’m not saying hard work is bad, I’m just saying that without the right target it’s a lot of wasted effort.

The secret? It’s all about how focused you work.

If you’re trying to "speak to everyone," your message lands with no one.
If you’re trying to attract all the customers in your market, you’ll always lose to the big players.

The solution?

Be specific.

The moment you narrow your ICP, everything shifts:

  • Your content starts getting clicks, DMs, and replies (because people know you’re talking to them).
  • Your offers feel “too good to pass up” (because they’re tailored to a very specific person).
  • And your sales cycle gets shorter (because you’re talking to buyers, not browsers).

If you want to stop chasing clients and start attracting them, I made a quick video to show you how.

Here’s what’s inside:

  • How to stop “shouting into the void” and start getting real conversations.
  • Why 100,000 likes ≠ $1,000 in revenue (and what to do instead).
  • A simple 4-part template to map out a profitable ICP in under 10 minutes.

A lot of the consulting and advice I give gets results not with a full rebuild, but with a couple of tweaks. If the offer is validated, but you’re struggling to sell, it’s often not a case of rebuilding from the ground up. The better approach is to tackle what is often the cause of a lack of sales. That being… People don’t feel safe buying. They’re thinking: “Will this actually work for me?” “How is this any different from the 10 other things I’ve tried?” “What if I spend the money and it’s a...

The 19-year-old “hustle bros” taking over social media have a lot to answer for. Their whole schtick of “just do more and push for the sale” is actually costing people sales. If you followed their advice, you’d probably just thing you need to add more reasons why people should buy into your offers. Things like… “Expiring soon” “Grab a discount now” “Your last chance” “Get $5,000,000 of value for only $1 today!” These things can help hoover up a couple more sales, but here’s the reality. No...

If your list is packed with freebie-seekers who never buy, you’re doing it wrong. You don’t need more leads. You need more buyers. More leads = more water.More buyers = more flavor. If that sounds cryptic, don’t worry — I explain it all in this short video: 👉 Watch the video here You’ll learn: How to attract buyers from day one (not just "leads") Why fewer, better leads are 10x more profitable How to build a system that attracts buyers automatically If you’re tired of freebie-seekers clogging...
