From small offers to big deals

Yo,

Most people try to land big clients and super profitable deals the hard way:

  • Cold outreach to people who aren’t ready
  • Free lead magnets that attract freebie seekers
  • Endless nurture without intent

But here’s the truth:

People who buy once are far more likely to buy again.
Especially if they buy when they’re already looking for a solution.

It all comes down to something called prospect inertia.

If you catch someone at the right time — when they’re actively trying to fix something — and you give them even a small solution that works…

They’ll often take the next step quickly.

Couple that intent with the trust your low-cost offer provides, and it's a perfect storm to get them to pay for a higher ticket offer.

I've used this concept with brands across industries and at all different levels.

And it's how Rachael landed 3 clients paying $7,500/month — in just a few weeks.

Her last company had just been acquired. She was great at sales (like really great), but unsure what her next step would be.

So we kept it lean and looked at how we could get her a decent income stream with as minimal effort as possible.

We built her a system designed to identify serious buyers. Not leads. Not followers. Buyers.

The starting point of this model was a $100 workshop - an impulse buy for the kind of people she'd be going after.

That workshop had a super simple premise: show how she helped grow her last business that was acquired for mucho bucks.

We identified the ICP, worked on the workshop content, built out the marketing materials, refined the end offer, and built out how she'd take a one time buyer to an ongoing client.

The creation and promotion took about 6 weeks and...

... and I'd love to tell you we had 100 people on the workshop. but the truth is we only had a small handful.

But they were qualified as hell.

We're talking the exact ICP that had the money, authority, and need to hire her skills.

Everyone in the workshop received a follow up sequence to talk to rachael directly.

And within 6 weeks after that workshop, she'd closed 3 clients at $7.5k/month — plus another one around $1,500/month.

That’s over $20k/month in retained revenue — from one tiny asset, sold to the right people.

Plenty of agencies and consultants would kill for those kind of clients.

Most take months just to get the right person on a decent sales call.

Rachael built a system that attracted, converted, and ascended serious buyers in less than 90 days.

And this isn’t some anomaly.

This kind of model works across SaaS, consulting, info products, even B2C.

Keep your eyes open — I’m dropping the full breakdown of the system behind all this tomorrow.

If you’re tired of chasing, nurturing, and hoping…

There’s a better way.

More soon,

Yo, Let’s talk about one of the worst pieces of growth advice still floating around: “Just build a free lead magnet, run some ads, and nurture the list.” You know what that attracts? ... People who want free stuff.... People who were never going to buy in the first place.... People who drain your list, ghost your offers, and cost you money just by existing in your system. But hey — at least it feels productive, right? You slap together a checklist, throw up a landing page, and pretend it’s...

Yo, Quick heads up. I only keep 4 private 1:1 client slots open at any one time. 2 are already filled. And I’ve got calls booked with people looking to take the other two. If you’ve been on the fence, now’s the time to move. Not with urgency or hype — just a heads-up that I don’t keep this open constantly, and once these are filled, that’s it for a while. The main page (which you'll see below) will go back to an "apply to be on the waitlist" approach for this. And... I dunno when I'll open up...

Yo, If you’ve already got a solid offer — the one that drives most of your revenue or profit — the real question becomes: How do you sell more of it? The answer: You build around it. Or more accurately, you build a direct line TO the primary offer. Here’s what I mean. Most people are switching focus and launching something new every few months. ... New angle...... New funnel...... New lead magnet... Then they wonder why the free guide they built for Problem A isn’t helping them sell their...
