How'd you do that?

Yesterday I shared a little something about helping a coaching student generate 30 sales in 5 days with a simple email sequence.

Sounds awesome, right?

Even if you're only selling a $100 product, that's $600 / day for a week.

But - and this is a big but - you need a little something first to make this possible.

That something is email subscribers.

A sequence like this won't count for anything unless you actually have RELEVANT email subscribers to send it to.

The core of most online biz success comes down to focusing on 3 key metrics.

  1. The # of people who see your offer
  2. The % of people who convert
  3. The % of customers who keep paying

In this case, we focused on tweaking the second element - the conversion rate.

But, if you have a list of 10 people, then the email is gonna be pretty useless as you simply have fewer people to convince to buy.

If you don't have a reasonable list of ideal buyers (I like to aim for 1500+ as a starting point), then the emails ain't gonna do much.

People in that position should focus on attracting more ideal buyers, then you can look at increasing how many of them buy.

If you're not sure how to do that, I've got some good news.

Next Friday I'm sitting down with audience growth connoisseur Adriana Tica.

She's gonna show us - in a 1-hour workshop - how to grow an audience of ideal buyers without having to use social media.

I've popped all the details for this in this doc for you to read.

If you want to get more ideal buyers on your list so generating sales is as easy as installing a decent email sequence, you've got to come to this.

You'll learn some smart tactics for generating sales and will also get to quiz Adriana herself in a Q&A session.

Check out the full details here.

Speak soon,

Pete

"I'm finding it's not working as well anymore... it's easier, but the results are pretty bad." This is what a FB ad specialist said to me the other day on a consulting call. What were we talking about? Free lead magnets. And this isn't the only person who's said this to me in the last few weeks. A coaching student was running ads to a free ebook. They managed to get a tonne of leads, but couldn't sell them their new product. With each week my belief in offering freebies for lead gen dies off...

Had someone reach out after yesterday's email about the idea of using FE offers to attract leads at cost (or slight profit) and build a list of buyers. They said... "Hey Pete, I'm not sure I get it. The image has you making sales at $30ish, and you said the average value of a customer is $49. How does that work with your $1 offers?" A couple of things to note here. 1, the $1 product pricing is to help validate the idea. Once you've sold some and can prove people will pay, it's about figuring...

What's the fastest way to grow your email list? I've seen growth with everything from creating content to doing partnerships with people. But let's face it. These are not the fastest way to grow. Content takes a while to spin up and to get good results. Partnerships are hit or miss. The best way to grow your list consistently? Buy subscribers. Simple as that. Here's the thing. Buying leads is a big risk. Especially if you're working on a tight budget. A lot of people use ads to drive traffic...
