I've lost the battle

I’ve lost the battle, but not the war with building custom AI Agents to create assets as products.

I just can’t get it to replicate the same kind of output as the Custom GPTs.

I’ve recorded a video below, but I’ll kick off with the difference in one area of one of these AI Assistants.

So, for the $1 Product Strategy Advisor Custom GPT, the output for each stage is like the below…

“1. Front-End Offer – $1
Title: “Client Magnet Scripts”
What it solves: Freelancers struggle to start sales conversations with leads. This swipe file gives them 10 proven outreach templates that get replies within 24 hours.
✅ Micro-problem: “I don’t know what to say to land clients.”✅ Format: Plug-and-play scripts✅ Perceived Value: $49+✅ Speed: Use in 10 minutes, get replies in 1 day
Belief Shift Created: “If this $1 script gets me leads, what else do they have?”

The same training material through the Assistants API churns out the below.

“Offer detailed analysis and plan for scaling aligned with a proven model.”

In short, it’s crap.

A little while back, my downspout from our roof terrace was blocked. I'd look out of the window and see the hoppers filling with water, which then spilled all over the side of the house.
