Simple system = faster growth

You know why I like simple systems for driving growth?

Maybe it's cause I'm dumb.

But it honestly helps you identify and fix problems super quick.

People think doing more is gonna save your biz. But it's the opposite.

Do less, and do it for the right people.

I know folks who are running biz's with big audiences yet they're struggling to make consistent cashflow.

They've created an unwieldy beast that takes more time to maintain than it should. They spend their time keeping a system moving that's not working for them.

The solution is literally to cut out 90% of what you're doing.

Identify who your best customers are.

Understand the information they want and need.

Determine the channels and formats they like.

Then just focus on that.

What you'll end up with is an uber-targeted ACCER system that appeals to and attracts the kind of people who need your services.

And when you build something like the $1 system into it, you quickly identify the givers in that audience.

After a couple of weeks of doing this you'll end up...

  1. Doing less day-to-day to attract buyers
  2. Watching your sales increase
  3. Feeling less stressed about the whole thing

It's more about focus than simply doing more.

You just need to know who to focus on, what they want, and then to build it into a system that moves them towards your money-making items.

If you're feeling like you're constantly struggling to get this done and you're attracting the wrong kind of people, check out the links in the sig below.

Quick note before the weekend. I’ve had a few replies this week from people who are looking for help scaling in 2026. I’m booking the last couple of calls for this opportunity. If you’re thinking: “I should probably look at this, but I’ll come back to it later” You might want to at least look at getting in touch. I dunno what my availability is gonna be like later and, if I'm near capacity, I'm more likely to see how I can fit someone I've spoken into the schedule. So if you think that maybe...

Wanna know what the biggest sign of a lack of strategy is? It’s indecision. If you lack any kind of strategy, everything can feel like it's the right move. You end up getting caught with the whole analysis paralysis thing where... ... More ads could help.... More content could help.... A new offer could help.... A new channel could help. So nothing gets ruled out. Everything gets added to a "to-do" list and everyone starts feeling overwhelmed, not really knowing where to start. That’s when...

Picture this... You've identified the problem in your business. Where things break down and money is being lost. You analyse, design the fix, and set everyone on the path to implementing that fix. Time to pop the champaign right? Nope. After you've built that awesome fix, you see... nothing. No improvements, no meaningful changes, no new sales. And you're back to square one. It's a problem I see a lot. People fixing the symptom, but completely missing the cause. here's what I mean. I worked...
