Unused capacity

There’s a concept I’ve been thinking about a lot lately, one I first heard from the great Dan Kennedy.

He calls it “Unused Capacity.”

It’s the idea that every business—yours, mine, all of them—has time, resources, or opportunities sitting idle. Unused. Untapped.

Just waiting to be turned into growth, revenue, or a system that finally works.

And here’s the thing: I realized I’ve been sitting on some unused capacity of my own.

For a while now, I’ve had my ACCER Model book—a comprehensive operating manual that outlines the system I’ve built for scaling businesses.

It’s helped so many people already, but by locking it away behind a paywall that I'm not promoting to anyone right now, its value has been largely untapped.

This month in GM+, we’ve been mapping out effective ascension systems and talking about the best ways to build trust with your audience so it leads to higher ticket sales.

And it hit me: keeping this book locked away isn’t helping anyone.

So, I’m testing something new.

For a limited test period, I’m opening up free access to the full manuscript of the ACCER Model book.

What’s inside?

This isn’t just a book—it’s the operating manual I’ve been using to grow businesses profitably, without the stress of endless complexity. Inside, you’ll learn:

  • How to activate the unused capacity in your own business.
  • The 5-stage ACCER Model for scaling while keeping more profit.
  • Practical, no-fluff systems that you can implement today.

I want to see what happens when more people can access this and start putting it to work.

Whether it’s uncovering hidden opportunities in your business or building a growth system that finally clicks, this book is the blueprint.

This test is about expanding the reach of this system and seeing what letting more people access it can do.

I’ll be sharing insights in GM+ about how this works and how this can fit into the bigger picture of high ticket sales.

If you’re part of the community, stay tuned for more. If you're not yet in there, join us here.

This test might not last forever. If you’re curious about the ACCER Model and want to uncover the unused capacity in your business, now’s the time.

At this point, you’ve got a choice to make. You can keep doing what most people do. Waking up each month trying to figure out... ... what to sell... when to sell it... and whether your audience is even in the mood That's the luck based approach so many people are using - and failing to see results with. You're hoping for that perfect storm of things that are outside of your control.... Hoping you hit your prospects at just the right time. Hoping they have enough money to pay for your offer....

One thing that’s worth clearing up. The idea of using multiple low-ticket offers to activate buyers isn’t new. And it’s not something I invented with the Monthly Offer System. It’s just how businesses that care about predictable revenue actually operate. If you look at the companies that sell a lot, consistently, you’ll see the same structure show up again and again. Years back I did a breakdown of a billion dollar newsletter brand, The Agora. They don’t have one offer. They don’t have one...

The reason most people struggle to sell consistently isn’t effort. It’s that everything depends on them. ... They have to decide what to sell.... Figure out when to sell it.... Work out how to promote it....Then do it all again next month. When you're doing that from step 0 every month, it's exhausting. I'm tired even thinking about it. This "I have to do it all myself from scratch" appraoch doesn;t scale. It also explains why sales fall apart the moment you get busy, distracted, or tired....
