What's going on?

Fresh off the back of the workshop yesterday with Adriana around growing an audience without using rented audience platforms like social media and Google, I spotted this.

Long story short, Google seems to be directing a lot of product related searches to eCom sites like Amazon over smaller creators.

I'm split on this.

Product reviews have been a good source of income for a lot of smaller creators.

But, as the years have gone by those affiliate review sites have become pretty shit.

I rarely trust reviews from review sites anymore.

They tend to only promote the brands with the best affiliate payout rather than doing detailed, in-depth reviews.

But, the point of this is that Google is taking traffic away from smaller creators and giving it to brands like Amazon.

Those who are relying 100% on Google for their revenue growth are on thin ice, many already seeing numbers drop.

The moral of the story?

Everything you do should be building your owned list.

Your primary goal should be to grow an email list so you OWN the relationship.

Then whatever Google, LinkedIn, or any other platforms does won't immediately cut your biz off at the knees.

Build the list, own it, monetise it in a way you can maintain.

How important is design for you? As in, you see two ads... One is well designed The other is a basic Canva template ... which one do you click on? And when you get to the sales page, do you prefer... A basic design that doesn't have that high-end veneer Something that looks swish and has obviously had a pro make sure it's pixel-perfect Which one of these approaches will build more trust with you? It's a genuine question I have and I'd love it if you hit reply to let me know. Why am I asking?...

This is it. Write Yourself Rich closes tonight at 10pm Eastern. If you’ve been sitting on the fence, thinking, “I’ll do it next round…” I dunno if there will be a "next round" of this. Which means... No more live coaching. No more access. No more chance to work with Chris directly for 8 weeks. After tonight, the doors shut and you’re back to figuring it out on your own, the same complexity, same grind, same guesswork. Here’s what you’re missing if you don’t join... A simple, proven system that...

There’s probably way too many courses out there promising to “fix your bizniz.” You’ve probably bought a few (I know I have). But most of them give you videos and templates… and then leave you to figure it all out on your own. Chris's Write Yourself Rich ain't that. When you join Write Yourself Rich, you will get the usual DIY course elements we all know. The kind of stuff you can consume in your own time to understand WHY something works. Which is still pretty damn useful. But honestly,...
