Selling high ticket to strangers?

Yo,

High-ticket is where the real money’s made. No argument there.

But most of the founders I speak to are struggling to sell their big-ticket offer.

They’re following the advice of industry leaders… but getting nowhere.

Because they’re missing two things:

→ Relationships
→ Reputation

Look… you could have the best offer in the world, but you’re not gonna close $5K+ deals from cold emails alone.

Big businesses can do that because people already know who they are. They’ve got the trust and the track record (they’re also sitting on a tonne of cash so can pay big today and wait months before the client signs),

But what about [insert whatever guru you follow]? They said I just need to mail more people”,

...I hear you say.

Sure. That guru can get away with that because of the reputation they’ve built. You can’t copy the tactic without the context.

Imagine you’ve got $10K to spend solving a problem.

Two people approach you the same day:

  • One works with Hormozi, Neil Patel, or Mark Cuban.
  • The other is Dave. A freelancer you’ve never heard of.

Who gets the deal?

We both know it ain't gonna be Dave.

Most high-ticket deals aren’t closed through ads or cold DMs.

They come from existing trust, built over time or borrowed through reputation.

So if you don’t have those yet, what do you do?

You build them.

You build the system that earns attention, creates trust, and gives you permission to sell — at scale.

And that’s exactly what this new video breaks down.

There’s a reason every old-school marketer says: “The money’s in the list.” Because it’s true. But only if that list is actually paying attention. And sadly… most aren’t. They signed up for a freebie, ghosted your welcome email, and haven’t opened anything since. So what happens? You try to pitch the thing that’s gonna help them solve the big problem AND bring you some great income… But no one’s listening. You don’t have their attention. And without attention…… You can’t explain why your...

If your business is a machine, then every part of it needs to work smoothly. You’ve got buyers coming in... great. But if the next step in the system isn’t dialled in, growth stalls. It’s not always obvious where the issue is. Is it a conversion gap? Messaging issue? Offer mismatch? That’s where this comes in. My friend Laura Lopuch put together a simple quiz to help you pinpoint the exact bottleneck in your client-getting system. It’s takes 2 minutes and it’ll show you: → Which part of your...

In my last email, I explained how the 7-11-4 rule helps build trust and familiarity that leads to purchases. But here’s what most people get wrong: They think just showing up enough times is what makes the sale. Nuh-uh. Let me put it another way: Imagine you buy something small from a local shop. The next day they message you: “Hey, do you also want to buy this other thing?” You say no. A day later, they send you the same message. Has your opinion changed? No, so you decline. Again and again...
