This is the magic number


Over the years, I’ve helped multiple businesses break the $1M/year mark ($83,333/month).

Now I’m doing it for myself, but in the leanest, highest-margin way possible.

And I’m looking for a handful of business owners to bring with me.

$83k/month sounds huge, but it’s more achievable than most think.

I’ve spent thousands on ads, and I know my numbers:

  • I can attract a buyer for about £20.
  • Around 5–10% of those buyers upgrade into higher-ticket offers.

That comes out to about a $25 CPA, so I get about 4 customers for every $100 spent.

If I spend $100 / day, within 4 days, I'll have paid nothing for a lead who will be interested in paying me more money in 7-30 days.

I see the same kind of stats across different offers, ad sets, and funnels I run.

So, why am I not currently at $83,333+ in MRR?

The only reason I haven’t hit $83k yet? I was spread across too many models:

  • 1:1 coaching, not scalable.
  • Low-ticket offers where I'd only make $5 - $20 profit per customer.
  • Agency services, profitable but stressful, low-margin, and a lot of bureaucracy.

Now, I’ve doubled down on one leveraged model:

  • A low ticket community to help people install the basics and hit the first real milestone - $10k / months.
  • A mastermind where I work closely with business owners to help them hit their next big milestone, $10k+ months, $30k months, and beyond.

I’ve helped others hit that $83k/month mark before.
Now, I’m engineering my own path there, and I want to bring a few people along with me.
